Welcome to the Miss Gay America Femme Pageant, an exciting event that celebrates the beauty, talent, and resilience of cis and trans women within the LGBTQ+ community. We had our inaugural pageant in January 2025, our pageant marked the beginning of a new era as 11 remarkable contestants came together to compete for the coveted title of the first-ever Miss Gay America Femme.

We are proud to announce that Naomi St. James was crowned the inaugural Miss Gay America Femme 2025, setting a shining example of grace, talent, and advocacy for all who follow. Naomi’s win symbolizes the heart and spirit of our pageant, embodying the diversity and empowerment that define this new chapter in the Miss Gay America legacy.
